Super Brain Yoga

The brain is one of the most important organs in our body and controls vital functions including thinking, learning, creativity, the five senses, memory, emotion, problem, solving, and decision making amongst others. Also, different parts of the brain have different functions. For example, the left-brain is more logical while the right-brain is more creative.

However due to several reasons we do not utilize the brain to its capacity. An ancient technique of improvised and called Super Brain Yoga is a simple and effective technique to energize and recharge the brain. It is based on the principles of subtle energy and ear acupuncture.
