GOLDEN RED FOUNDATION takes the utmost care to process payments / donations as per the instructions given by our payers / donors - online as well as offline. However, in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous payment / donation or if the payer / donor would like to cancel their payment / donation, GOLDEN RED FOUNDATION will respond to the payer / donor within 7 working days of receiving a valid request for refund from the donor.
The payer / donor will have to send GOLDEN RED FOUNDATION a written request for a refund within 24 Hours of making the payment / donation to GOLDEN RED FOUNDATION’s official address (Villa # 22, MAPSKO Casa Bella, Sector - 82, Gurugram, Haryana, India - 122004) or via email firstname.lastname@example.org along with the proof of the deduction of the payment / donation amount.
In cases where the payment / donation receipt has already been issued to the donor, the payer / donor will have to return the original receipt to us at our office addresses.
If the tax exemption certificate is already issued, as may be applicable, then we will not be able to refund the donation.
Processing fee if any applicable on the refund will be on account of payer / donor and refund will be affected post such adjustment.
In case of a valid refund request due to any error on GOLDEN RED FOUNDATION’s part, GOLDEN RED FOUNDATION will refund the payment / donation and bear the costs of the same.
The timely refund of the payment / donation will depend upon the type of payment instrument used during the transaction.
